• New multispecialty outpatient facility located at 4847 Hoffman Blvd, Hoffman Estates, scheduled to open December 2024
• On site imaging, lab, and Immediate Care center plus other rotating specialists
• Outpatient only
• Guaranteed floor salary plus generous student loan forgiveness program
• 36 clinic hours per week
• EPIC EMR
• 24/7 Nurse triage support
